Casa Morada está ubicada en un callejón sin salida en el atractivo vecindario de Los Balcones.
Al entrar a la casa, puede subir medio nivel y estar en el área social de la casa, o bajar medio nivel y estar en la parte privada de la casa donde se encuentran los 2 dormitorios.
En el nivel principal antes de subir al área social, tiene un lindo estudio luminoso con medio baño, ¡perfecto para una oficina, sala de televisión o un estudio de arte inspirador!
Una vez que estás en el área social de la casa tienes una linda vista del Jardín Botánico a la distancia y muchas otras ventanas que crean esta linda ventilación cruzada. En el salón, tiene un bonito techo de bóveda y una chimenea de gas. El comedor está abierto al espacio habitable.
